What’s going on, guys? Hopefully your day was good. We had a pretty good day on the live stream. Before I get into the higher time frames and why they’re so important and how I look at them, we stream twice a day, once in the morning, once in the afternoon. Be sure to subscribe, smash the like button. Um, and yeah, if you want to support the stream, be sure to use coupon code. In the description of this video is a link to

Our free Discord and uh there’s a link to exclusive prop firm discounts. All right, so let’s get right into this. Um I think the higher time frames are actually the most important. I like the 4 hour and the one hour. Uh it’s kind of where I get my trade plan for the day. Uh it’s where I get my bias for the day. Uh it just kind of sets the tone for me. And uh yesterday at the end of the stream um

I was talking about how we formed this uh fair value gap inversion right here on the 4 hour and I was short bias. Um, the one thing I said was, uh, if I were to short, I would short and then my stop would be the the high of this candle is kind of what I was I was thinking or possibly all the way up here. And that’s obviously if you’re trading your own money account, there’s no draw down. It’s just, you

Know, uh, but I said, listen, we might trade up into here, which if we trade up into here, as soon as we come back through, I would go short and then your stop could be the high of uh the candles that we were trading into here. So, you would have gotten short somewhere around 880. Your stop would have been um around uh 914. And uh it basically played out. I mean, it played out for about a 200 point down uh downward.

I mean, and this is what I’ve been looking at. I post my bias in the Discord every single day. Um you could see I had this move earlier in the month, which was uh to the downside. And then um yeah, I only look at the four and the one. And then basically I’ll zoom in for a uh I’ll zoom in for an entry. I have all these marked out. You can kind of see where my bias was and everything else. So

Basically what I’m looking for for today, I marked out two areas. We’re basically trading back up into uh this hourly fair value gap. Either we’re going to invert it and I have a an alert or we’re going to sell back through it. If we sell back through it, I have an alert and my stop will be wherever the high of these candles are within this uh fair value gap. And that’s kind of what I’m looking for. Is it an amazing setup

Today? No. Yesterday was a was a great one. Um but I will probably play this and uh yeah, I would probably target either the wick of today or possibly this breaker. So, I don’t know. I’ll zoom out and really see what we’re doing. We might go all the way down to uh these lows. I don’t know. We’re gonna see in in the in the instance how everything’s trading, if there’s any news out, what’s going on, but that’s kind of what I’m

Looking for. I think if we are able to invert it. Um I don’t know if that’s my favorite trade. My favorite trade might be to the downside where we kind of get the downside and then um you know maybe we target the previous week low which would be awesome. I don’t know. I I mean once we get 30 40 points away I’ll move to break even and kind of let it go. I just think you have more room to the downside

More meat on the bone to the down rather than the up. But uh I’m going to see how this one plays out. So this is how I look. I look at the 4 hour and the hourly. I create my bias and then I’ll shoot down to the one and kind of get my entry. And that’s why uh I like it because just because the one minute is bullish, the overall market trend could be bearish and you will go to the the

Downside. I mean the bigger time frame dictates where we’re going. So that’s pretty much it. If you have any questions, comment on the video or I’ll see you on the live
