What’s going on guys? So, I’m going to get into how to avoid tilt. And it’s going to be pretty easy once you watch the entire video. Before I get into that, I stream live every single day. Be sure to subscribe below. If you want to support the stream, use code Cove Trader. Also, we have a free Discord in the description of this video along with free indicators and a bunch of other free stuff all in the description of the video. Uh

I’m just going to jump right into it. I want you to ask yourself right now, when’s the last time you blew an account when you didn’t size up, you didn’t revenge trade, and you only followed your strategy? You’re probably going to think, “Oh, I I probably never.” Exactly. This whole thing is geared around the mental side. There’s a thousand different strategies to win, but it’s all it all depends on how strong you are mentally to not revenge trade, not size up,

And just follow just follow your strategy. So, I’m going to give you some tips on what I do. First of all, have something at the computer to do outside of just trading. Cuz if you’re just staring at the chart the whole day, you’re going to feel like you want to trade. I always have an eval account. I could have 30 funded accounts, I’ll have an eval account. If I feel myself where I’m like, “Man, I got to trade something. I want

To have fun.” I trade the eval. You know, I’ll play just a couple micros. I always stay away from trading funded accounts unless it’s a strategy. Also, back test. I’ve back tested all my strategies. Now, I’m making them into scripts on TradingView like this one. Uh just to verify as we go along my strategy is still working for one cuz I can just see the numbers my strategy is still working. And you know, just to show kind of show others putting

Work in. If you’re back testing, then you know if you forward tested it on a sim account, you know. So, if you back tested and forward tested it for a bit, you know the strategy works. You know if you don’t size up, you don’t revenge trade, the strategy over time is going to win. You don’t need to do anything else. Right? Yes, I did call that Cove Trader call Grandma. Uh that’s the call Grandma script. But, you know, there’s certain strategies

Whether it be orb strategies or whatever that you know, I’ve turned into scripts now so I can continuously see the back test. Every every couple days, every week I could just pull the script up and say, “Hey, look, it’s still working.” “Hey, look, still working. Cool.” You know? I have all this data. It shows my back test and look, I’ve been playing this forward. So, I’ve been forward testing. I know this works. So, I have my back test. I’ve been forward

Testing it now. Even though I’m going to continue playing it, if I ever playing it and I’m like, “Ah, this may not be working.” I just bring this up and be like, “Oh, wow, it is still working. Cool. We’re still good. We’re good.” Always have data. You know, cuz if you’ve done the work, you’ve done all the testing, you have all the data, you shouldn’t go on tilt because it should be boring. You should just be doing the same every day.

Hey, when this and this happens, I get I I buy. When this and this happens, I sell. Uh when this happens, I short. And it should just be mechanical. There should be no emotions tied to it. It shouldn’t be like, “Hey, I kind of think this is going to go up. Oh, I have a feeling.” I don’t have feelings. I have data sets. Hey, I did the back testing. I know this is wins x amount of time. You know, I’ve done

My gold back. Well, I trade gold a lot. Gold wins 70% of the time. I know when I get in, I’m probably going to freaking win. It’s just the way it is. Do your testing and then just follow. If you feel the need to to trade, bring something else on the computer. Do something else while you’re at the computer. Just wait until your setup happens and then you buy. If you feel like you need to do something, go hang out in

Chats, hang out on the live stream, bring up a game, do something else. Always have something to keep you entertained. And also on the other screen, you’re just waiting for the setup. When it hits, you can set alerts and then you take action. That’s my piece of advice on how to not go on tilt.
