Also, I have a link to our free discord in the description of the video. And I’m going to get into something that I’ve
Noticed the last I don’t know, probably three to five uh large news events. Um and it literally just happened this week cuz we just had non-farm payroll. And it’s something I want to talk about. Now, I don’t know for a fact if this is going on or not, but one thing all of us are noticing recently is the large amount of slippage. So, slippage is let’s say this is the candle before the news. And what some people do is they’ll put
An order to buy up here, and then sell up here. So, what happens is if the news goes up, it hits the buy, it hits the sell, right? What myself included have noticed, so a lot of people do these with evals on prop firms. That’s typically what this is for, not what what people use. Most of the time it’s evals that have like they’re basically done. They got $500 of drawdown, and it’s one last yolo to help the account out, or
Some people do it to pass, you know, whatever it may be. But, what I’ve noticed and what other people have noticed is you’ll put your buy, say at like 188. I literally got filled at 225. So, there was almost a 40-point slippage. What I’ve noticed is it almost seems like man, it almost seems like there’s a quarter second delay on where you get filled. And of course, they’re going to say, “Oh, there’s no vol- there’s no volume.” and everything else, but
Like the reality is the last prior to last four or five times, you’d get filled somewhere around this area. Yes, there was slippage. But you’d get filled, I don’t know, within 10 points. Now, the slippage has grown to about 40 points. Um so, it’s it’s pretty interesting. I don’t know if they changed anything. I don’t really know. They might not have changed anything and they’re just going to say, “Hey, that’s the slippage.” But what I’ve noticed is um I basically did
A split test. And you’re almost better off just choosing a direction. Like 1 second before you get in and it goes one way or the other because what’s happening is they’re filling people all the way at the top. And even though you’re right, it doesn’t go high enough for you to get your take profit. I’ve seen things where you know, it’s trading above your take profit and your take profit never gets triggered also and then it comes back. I’ve seen a
Lot of things recently. I feel like something’s changed. It may not have, but I feel like you’re better off at this stage buying with 1 second left and then having your take profit up or down depending on where you’re going. Listen, this is a gamble. I’m not saying to do this. I’m just saying what everybody in the community has been noticing and I figured I’d make a video about it. And yeah, it’s just something that a lot of people have been
Noticing. And what people have kind of trending to is just buying with 1 second left and saying, “Hey, I think it’s going to go up because not only because, but now you have kind of a strategy. I think the numbers are going to be good. So, I’m buying a minute a second before. I think the numbers are going to be good. I’m getting in and I’m getting out on the pop.” And that is more at least you have a strategy, at
Least you know, it’s you’re not just gambling, you’re not risking, there’s a strategy behind it, and also you’re in at a decent level and you’re not hoping that the no liquidity gets you in at a good spot. So, I just figured I’d pass this along to a lot of people. Um I did a split test on nonfarm payroll, and uh yeah, I almost I got in at like 20 20 something, and it literally got me out right at the top. I
Got I I went in for like 10 points, but man, it was risky cuz what happened was it filled me on the way it went up, came down, filled me, and then we went lower, the account didn’t blow, and then it popped again. If it didn’t pop one more time, I would have blown the account. I didn’t, made money, um but yeah, I just want to explain uh I feel like something’s changed. If you feel like something’s changed, let me know.
But I just noticed people are getting better results with buying with 1 second left, and literally, if you think the numbers are going to be good, take put your TP up. If you think it’s going to be bad, then obviously you short and put your TP down there. Well, if you want to see me do this live, be sure to subscribe. I do it, you know, anytime nonfarm payroll, CPI comes out, you will see me uh yolo some some accounts.
