What’s going on, guys? So, another great day on the stream. We had three red accounts. Uh I don’t have my Ninja Trader on this computer, but this is how the majority of my accounts went. And then I had uh an Apex red account or Apex two red accounts and this red account. But obviously, I would take this every single day. But, uh yeah, so things were really going pretty good today. If you want to watch these trades live, subscribe below. I’m
Live every day 9:00 a.m. till noon and then again 2:00 pm to 4:30. Uh we’re going to be doing a take profit trader account giveaway tomorrow. So be sure to be on the stream if you want a chance to win. But I’m going to get right into this right now. So there is a prop firm tip or trick or something that I do. A lot of people don’t talk about it. Um I don’t know why they don’t really talk about it.
Maybe it’s frowned upon in the industry as a whole, but every month there are news releases and you can you can’t do this with majority of the funded accounts. But what I do is if I have an eval that has say less than $200 of draw down, I exit all the trades. I put it to the side and I will wait until nonfall payroll or CPI or PPI. uh this Friday, this it’s usually the first Friday, but it happens to be
On Thursday this week, which is interesting because it’s the day before holiday and it’s at 8:30 in the morning. I’ll be streaming live for this and basically I will off the account is done anyways. I have accounts that have, you know, they’re all eval $150. I’m not going to trade an account with $150 of draw down left to try to pass it. Especially if it’s a cheap account. So, what I do is I’ll try to get 10 or 15 points, get
Me that buffer back, and then I continue trading it like a real account. So, it just kind of gets me the breathing room that I may need to get the account back. Um, so I’ll probably go, you know, three minis. I usually go for 15 points where I can get $900 or sometimes it even gets more. Um, and then it gets the account back to life. That’s all I’m looking to do is kind of bring it back to life where I
Can back go back to trading my normal strategy and push it back over to pass. Uh, and that’s pretty much it. A lot of people don’t talk about it. I don’t know why. Like listen, if the account has $150 of draw down, the odds of you bringing that back are slim because you’re going have to trade one or two micros, it’s going to be a long way. And I’m not saying you should do it. I’m just saying what I do is
I’ll run it through a news release like that to kind of get me some some breathing room. And listen, if the account doesn’t get back, it was dead anyways. So, it’s really like nothing I lose. So, sometimes it works great and sometimes I even pass the account on the news, which is even better. You go from $150 a draw down to passing, which is amazing. Sometimes it doesn’t go your way, but the account to me is dead anyways. Um, but I’m
Just throwing it out there. That news event is Thursday. So, basically any accounts this week, if I happen to get them down to that amount, I’m just going to save them for non-falling payroll and we’ll see what happens. Honestly, I only have one or two accounts and that from last week. I’ve been kind of saving them from last week. And um that’s pretty much it. So, I’m just going to keep trading as is. If I happen to get one down that
Level, I will save it for nonfarm payroll. And if you have any questions about this or you want to watch it live, I will be streaming it live like I do every single day, but I will be on that day. I’ll be on earlier than normal. I’ll probably be on around 8:15 in the morning instead of 9:00 a.m. Be sure to come on, hang out, ask questions, anything you want, and uh we’ll see what happens. All right. Hopefully, you have no
Accounts down that low, but if you do, hey, to me, the account’s dead anyway. So, that’s how I run it. Not saying for you to do it. That’s what I’m doing.
