What’s going on, guys? So, I’m going to give you my personal review of Lucid. A lot of people have been asking me about it. This is probably uh the second best prop firm out there. Um I trade with them every day, though. Just because I feel like it’s number two doesn’t mean I have I don’t have accounts with them at all times. Um they’re doing a lot of great things there. A lot of people like this as their number one. Um,
I’m going to go over everything about them right now and a personal review, not just, oh, this is what’s on the website. I’m going to give you my personal experience with them. If you’re looking to get a Lucid account, be sure to use code Cove Trader. It’ll automatically give you the best deal. Also, in the description of this video is a link to our free Discord. And be sure to subscribe and watch me trade Lucid uh accounts live every single day.
Um, but yeah, Lucid has three different accounts. They have the Lucid Pro, the Flex, which is newer, and they have the direct. Direct is straight to funded. I’m just going to go over the basics real quick, and then I’m going to dive into everything. So, basically, these are just the accounts that they offer. You can just see obviously Profit Target, you know, everything’s basically, you know, uh, cut and dry here. I think for the bang for your buck, the best is
The Lucid Flex. Um, you know, $78, no activation fee. uh consistency rule is 50% on the eval uh zero on the funded side, but there is caps on payouts and things like that. So, we’ll get into that in a little bit. Lucid Direct is uh 20% consistency. Pretty straightforward. Uh sometimes they run crazy deals. They were running $45 resets on these accounts. So, definitely watch for the deals that they run. Uh they do run some really good stuff. I’ll be sure
To update everybody on the live stream and then Discord about it. But uh yeah, I really like Lucid. They’re doing great things. Customer service has been amazing to me. Right. Getting right back to you. Uh they use Trade of Quant to all the major platforms. Uh super simple. I do like that they move to these Flex plans. So I’m going to go into all the different payouts real fast and I’m just going to go over everything. This is the simple um
Lucid flex eval. It is what it is. And then look, you can move to funded. Once you pass that day, they’ll move you to funded within 5 to 30 minutes. A lot of people get it like five minutes. There’s no daily loss limit. And uh it’s pretty simple. Pretty simple, you know. And then they have the Lucid Flex payouts. So this is what I was talking about. Basically, six payouts and then they move you to live. You can’t have more. Well,
You can, but they’ll only move over 5,000 of profits after your sixth payout. So, in theory, um, you know, you can take out six payouts up to $2,000 each, and then they move you, uh, to live. And Live has daily payouts and everything else. So, it’s great to be moved to live with Lucid. Um, you know, I wouldn’t build up a balance of over $10,000. Um, you know, I would keep it obviously I would just get my payouts. I would go
For, you know, build up a little buffer. You get to 54,000, you take 2,000 out, just keep that cycle going. And then basically, uh, you’ll be left with, you know, 2 to $4,000 at the end, and you can move that to live. And then you can really start going at it. The minimum payout request is 500 bucks. Um, and then these are the pro accounts they have. consistency is uh 40%. You got to leave a buffer in there. So, this one
Has a buffer unlike the flex accounts. These are the buffer balances. As you could see, these are the different payouts that you can take under different accounts. Um, you know, oh, right here, transition to live. There’s a uh 150k total live funding cap across all active accounts. So, what that is to me is you can have three 50k accounts is what that reads to me or one 150k. So, I’d rather three accounts to spread it out. Then they got the direct
Plans. Um these are the direct plans. Profit goals. You see everything payouts one through three, four through six. And then um they transition you to live. Obviously, Lucid is trying to get you to live after six payouts. That’s their pro that’s their model. Um, you know, time for some personal experience. Uh, things have been really good with them. I’m just going through some of the rules. Inactivity policy. Let’s see what this is. So, they have a 20-day inactivity policy. So, they
Basically send you an email, day 25, a second reminder. So, you basically have 30 days, which is awesome. Listen, if you’re not going to be around for 30 days, just email them. I’m sure they can work something out. Uh, you know, I really like Lucid. They pay super fast. Like, you’re going to get paid right away. Customer service will get back to you right away. I’ve never had any issues with customer service. Um, you know, everything’s cut and dry here. You
Know, would I trade news? I believe, um, [snorts] let me look real fast. So, I actually wasn’t sure, but yes, it says news trading allowed with restrictions. Uh, you may enter exit positions around scheduled or unscheduled news. I mean, listen, should you be doing that? Probably not, but you know, some people want to just risk it all. Uh, you can do you could DCA, so that’s obviously good. Uh, scalping’s allowed. short-term entries. There’s no time limits. Flipping is allowed. Yeah. I
Mean, listen, basically what they’re telling you is just trade, make money, and we’ll pay you, which is exactly what you want from a prop firm, right? Trade, make money, and that’s it. So, you know, that’s why I like them. Uh, they pay out. I’ve never heard of any issues with them. Uh pay like average payout time 15 minutes. You know, if you’re looking for a prop firm, these guys are great. Uh I really have no cons about it except for obviously
They have payout caps on the funded side. It’s not like um one of the other firms I did a review about where you could just make $10,000 in a day and take the money out. So, they do have payout caps. um some of their accounts you got to trade for five days and make a certain amount of money each day. So that’s one of the cons, you know. So there are some prop firm restrictions as I like to call it, but
It’s nothing out of the ordinary. It’s basically what they all use. Uh you know, but that’s why it’s probably not number one, but it’s right there. Um they do everything that you want them to do in a prop firm. And uh that’s pretty much it. I mean, if you have any questions about Lucid Trading or anything like that, be sure to uh comment, ask, and this is my real review. I like them. You know, customer support’s always gotten back to me.
Like I said, um never had, you know, there’s no issues about anything that they have, right? No platform issues, no nothing. So, those are obviously big. Like I said, I’m transitioning to Quant Tower and um we’re going to see how that goes. So, that’s my personal review of somebody that actually uses Lucid Trading.
