What’s going on, guys? So, I am back home. It feels good to be back. Um, I want to show you something that I do every single weekend. Before I get into that, we stream live every single day. Uh, really twice a day. Once in the morning, once in the afternoon. Also, I’ll be streaming Monday, which is a holiday. Uh, futures close at 1:00 p.m. Eastern time. Uh, if you want to support the stream, use coupon code. Also, Apex has 90% off
With $85 lifetime fees. It ends on September 2nd. Got a pass by September 2nd. Um, that’s probably the big one that’s going on. I got to, now that I’m back, I’m going to look at them uh all the discounts and everything. But, all right, let’s just jump into this exercise to do. Basically, when I’m home, I have this screen up. When I was away this week, it was hard. Um, I was only on a laptop and one extra monitor. I was
Actually missing two other 24-in monitors. And then also the screen where I’m I’m streaming from is usually kind of covered with two charts, but I couldn’t run all this stuff plus Ninja plus quant. So, uh, this chart is usually my helpful chart. It’s an hour chart. And this is kind of where I get my general bias from on where I think we’re going to go. Um, you can kind of see the same concepts that you do on the one and the
Five, you can use on the hourly. Um, just for argument sake, you know, you have a fair value gap here. You come down, you retest, and you know, you go up. Just the same things that you would look for on the hourly, you can kind of look right here, like double bottoms. Um, one thing that uh, let’s go to this. Well, I mean, this is our week. So, you could see right out the gate, you have an inversion. You come down,
You do not close below that, you retest this fair value gap, you go up. Actually, your stop would have been right here on the one minute chart. Same thing goes on the hourly chart. um just the same concepts uh for everything like I just said, but this is where I kind of look and on Friday, this is where I completely hose myself and I’m kicking myself, but I like to review the whole week. And uh you could see we dumped. We
Are back inside uh now, which is a breaker, but you can see we just dumped uh during London open. You kind of bare flagged. you retested this fair value gap on the hourly which is right here and it rejected. I mean this would have been definitely uh bearish obviously and then you kind of go down to the lower time frames for argument sake. I do trade off the one and the five mostly if my general bias was bearish and I felt
We were going to drop. You know, I was even talking about this consolidation pre-market. I said if we lose this consolidation, we’re going to dump. Sure enough, I didn’t follow uh didn’t follow it. It was Friday. Um I don’t know. I wouldn’t have taken this to be honest with you. Uh we opened. We kind of just dumped. Um I probably would have looked at this area right here. You kind of have the uh breaker retest and then you have this inversion.
Probably would have got in somewhere here. It would have been iffy. And the reason I would have said iffy. I would put my stop up here. The reason I would have said iffy is you’re basically selling off into a whole number. Um I don’t always love that. So it’s not something like an A+ setup, but it’s definitely something that I should have looked at and maybe targeted this pivot point. um or zoomed out and been like, “Okay, well, actually this pivot
Point lines up kind of with this wick.” But it didn’t happen that way. You saw how Friday unfolded. And uh this is why I need all my screens. You know, this is this is what it is. I also just reviewed through FX replay um basically all my morning trades. My morning trades basically I did not hit a full TP all morning all week. So normally I get seven and a half points. I did not. And what’s crazy is when I went
Back and reviewed everything I should have hit a full TP twice. So twice I should have hit a full PT TP. Once I should have went to break even. Net net the wins would have netted me 15 points. The losses would have been 10. I should have been net net positive five points. Obviously you have commissions and whatnot, but net net I was down. Um it was just not played well. And uh yeah, that’s where I’m at. I’m going to review
One more thing after uh after this video, but I like to review all my trades. I like to review uh not all my trades and I’m not reviewing scalps. I’m just kind of reviewing the higher time frames. Um seeing what I missed and uh you know, just basically reviewing reviewing bias and things like that. So, this is something I do every weekend real quick. I do it for about 15 minutes, 30 minutes, just look real quick. Um, review my morning trades
And then I’m done. But, uh, just passing this along. If you got questions, feel free to come on the stream and ask, or come in the Discord.
