Having trouble with the extension? Most issues are covered below.
The code didn’t fill in at checkout
- Make sure the extension is enabled: click the CoveTrader icon in your toolbar and check “Extension enabled”.
- Reload the checkout page — some sites load their coupon box late.
- The extension only runs on supported prop firm websites (the list is in the extension popup). If a supported firm’s checkout isn’t detected, let us know and we’ll add it.
The code filled in but was rejected
The firm may not be running a COVETRADER promotion right now, or the code may not combine with an existing sale. The extension never blocks you from entering a different code manually.
How do I turn it off?
Click the extension icon and untick “Extension enabled”, or remove it at chrome://extensions.
