What “built, not yet released” means. It compiles and it runs on my machine, and that is all it means. Some of these have had a lot of screen time and some have had almost none. They get a download page when they have earned one, and not before — a tool that touches orders should not be handed out on the strength of a clean build. Everything here is free, source included, and none of it is financial advice. NinjaTrader gives an AddOn no pre-trade hook, so nothing in the risk tools can block an order before it reaches your broker — they flatten and cancel after the fact.
