Issue is uh I can’t find an indicator that I really like. So, and I’ll show you why each indicator is on my screen. I actually used three different uh fair value gap inversion indicators and I’m going to show you why. So, we’re going to take these off real fast. We’re going to take them all. The settings, for the most part, you need to have a sweep for it to show. So, it’s looking for prior highs. We sweep, we come down, it shows you it, right? But the problem is there’s really good opportunities right here. This is a great opportunity. I would take this, but this one does not trigger it. This one only triggers when you’re getting uh session highs, session sweeps, previous highs, and I’ve tried to mess around with it inside here, and I can’t
Get it to work. Um, so it is what it is. He used to have an old the older version was my favorite version, but they got rid of it. Then I plug this one in. So, this is another uh another one. And the reason I plug this one in is it obviously shows you others that happen. Here’s one that happens to the downside. Uh this also comes up with uh SMTs as well. And you know, see, look, here’s one that happens
End of day. You would miss it if you’re only running the one indicator, right? So now this is the bread and butter. I found this one because I went through every single uh fair value gap uh indicator on Trading View. This guy only has 23 up votes. That’s how I know it’s um not a lot of people are using it. And it’s my favorite one. So visually, it’s visually great for me because look, you could see this when it’s dark green
Like that, that’s a fair value gap inversion to the upside. These are also uh it’ll also leave behind gaps. You can see other ones that are not inverted. Obviously, it didn’t come down and you can see it here. And this one picks up pretty much all of them. Uh, and that’s why I use all three combined. A lot of people like to only play, hey, I’m only going to play it if it sweeps the highs, sweeps previous day high, sweeps London
Session, Asia session. I’m not like that. I will play intraday. If we get a big drop like this, I will play it on the way back up. It’s just the way that I like. Not everyone does it that way. Uh, it works for me. And at the end of the day, it’s all that matters is that your strategy works for you. It may not work for someone else, but for me, I like to see them all, especially if my bias is
Up. So, right here, I have a my bias is to the upside, right? So, when we come down and then we have an inversion right here, I’m going to take that because my bias is to the upside and it paid off. So, that’s why I want to see all of them. So, that’s that’s how I uh that’s my favorite three indicators when looking for uh inversion gaps.
